Martin Martinez

I had my first experience mixing on decks at a friends house in the late 80’s and never looked back.

In 1990 went to my first rave in Berlin where I got introduced to house, acid, breakbeats and techno and soon found myself falling in love with everything dance music related.

Soon after I started to play in underground warehouses in Berlin and around Germany.

I had a chance to move to Ibiza for a residency in a Club on the island and to witness some the wildest nights in 1993/94.

I moved to Brighton at the end of 1995 where I started my own nights in the city and soon became a resident in one of the main seafront nightclubs. While a resident for over 5 years there, I had the chance to play the whole spectrum of house, techno, trance and breakbeats, I also travelled around and had the pleasure of playing in some great clubs and amazing nights.

Excited to have now started in 2022 a new radio show on Platinum Radio London and to have a regular platform to share my passion for the music I love.
